Deadline for SP25 CoP submission: November 20, 2024
Deadline for SU25 CoP submission: April 24, 2025
Deadline for FA25 CoP submission: July 18, 2025
*Any CoP submitted after the deadline will be reviewed/edited effective for the next effective semester. These dates are also posted on the CCP webpage.*
3. The CoP review/process can take up to four weeks.
4. Non-Johnston County Public School (JCPS) students must contact their high school to have a current transcript emailed to the Career and College Promise department - if the transcript is not submitted promptly, it holds up the process. We suggest emailing your high school guidance counselor/data manager so you have record of the request that your transcript be sent to the CCP office.
5. Please make sure before your submit the CoP request that you have reviewed the eligibility for that requested change on the Career and College Promise webpage.
6. Check your pathways! Students cannot have two Career & Technical Education (CTE) pathways or two college transfer pathways. Students can have one CTE pathway and one college transfer pathway. If you are unsure which college transfer to choose, we suggest using College Transfer: Associate of Arts (as it is the most flexible in terms of dual enrollment).
7. Check your JCC email regularly in case the CCP Representative has questions on the CoP form you submitted.
